This is especially important if you make most of your money selling a service. Maybe like I once was, you have not gotten a toll free number yet because you do not know which one is the best. This happens to a lot of business owners, but it is important that you at least look around because the longer you wait to get a toll free number, the more customers you are losing. I have used evoice ever since I got my toll free number. There are both good and bad things about evoice, so hopefully you can learn something from my review of this toll free number service.

Overall, I have enjoyed the service I have gotten from evoice. One of the main things that I like about evoice is that this voice over ip company gives you plenty of minutes for your money. You get at least one thousand minutes a month, which is a good amount to start out with. Fortunately, you do not have to get a very expensive unlimited plan. I started out with the one thousand minutes a month plan and once I started getting more calls to my toll free number, I increased the amount. Even though I now have a larger plan, I did save a lot of money at first by getting the one thousand minutes a month plan.

Something else that I like about evoice is that they offer a free trial. There are not a lot of toll free number services that offer a free trial. I started using evoice with the free trial. I figured that evoice must be doing something right if they were so confident in their product that they would offer it for free six months. I was pleased with the service that I got from evoice during my free trial, which is why I kept using this company as my voice over ip provider. I do not know of another company that will offer you a free six month trial. If a voice over ip company even offers you a free trial, it will almost never be for more than one month. If you are still not sure about evoice, you should at least give them a try with the free trial.

I have stayed with evoice as my toll free number provider because the prices are very reasonable. The one thousand minute per month plan is only twelve dollars a month, while the larger is only twenty nine dollars a month. This is a very good price, with other offering unlimited plans at forty dollars a month. Also, there are no installation fees and there are no cancellation fees.

If you are like me, then you are probably always on the go. But, this does not mean that you do not want to answer your toll free phone calls. What I like about evoice is that there is an iPhone app. This way, you can answer your phone calls no matter where you are. Not all toll free number service providers offer mobile apps and it is important that they do. This way, you will be able to always be available and you will be able to sell more services.

Something that I did not like about evoice is their customer service. Their customer service is outsourced, which is never good. The reason that it is not good that evoice outsources their customer service is because you are never able to understand the customer service representatives. The customer service representatives are almost never native English speakers and they do not understand what you are saying sometimes.

Something else that I did not like about evoice is that you can’t get more than five extensions. For most people, this will not be a problem, but there are some businesses that do need more than five extensions. What evoice is doing by not letting people have more than five extensions is encouraging larger customers with more calls to go to another service. If you grow too much, you will eventually have to find another toll free number service provider because evoice simply will not be able to have enough extensions for your business.

I have enjoyed the service that I have got from evoice. What I really like about evoice is that they offer good prices. What impresses me the most about this company is that I got a free six month trial. Most voice over ip companies will not even offer a trial and if they do, it is never for more than a month. I really got to see all the available features during my free six month trial. In a month, I really am not able to do this. There are some things that I do not like about evoice, however none of them are a deal breaker. The customer service is outsourced, which is never good. It is hard to understand the customer service representatives because they are not native English speakers. What you are trying to say gets misconstrued and they are not able to fix your problems quickly. I also did not like the fact that you can only have five extensions. For me, I do not need more than five right now. I would like to stay with evoice if I need more than five, but right now if I needed more than five I would have to move.
