I like RingCentral and I think that they have provided me with a good product for my money. One of the main reasons that I like RingCentral is because they do not make you pay any extra to transfer local or eight hundred numbers. There are a lot of other virtual phone system companies out there that do, which is never god. Another thing that I like about RingCentral is how they offer unlimited plans. There are some companies that will not offer an unlimited plan. If you have a business that gets a lot of calls per day like mine does, then you will be happy to know that you can get an unlimited plan. This way, you do not have to worry about going over on your minutes.
Right not, you are still probably not one hundred percent sure if RingCentral is for you. That’s alright because it does take time to find out which virtual phone system company is for you. What I liked about RingCentral is that they offer a free trial. No matter what package you are thinking about getting, you can get a free trial. The free trial is for thirty days, so you will have plenty of time to decide if this service is for you or not. This is how I found out that RingCentral was for sure the service that I needed. But, if RingCentral does not work out for you, you can walk away from it without having to pay any money at all.
I am on the go all the time, but I still like to be able to answer toll free calls when I am out of the office. What is wonderful about RingCentral is that they offer many different apps so that I can always receive calls. I have an iPhone and RingCentral has an app for it. One of my business partners has an Android phone, and there is an app for his phone too. I really like how RingCentral makes it so that you can use their service as much as possible.
If you are thinking that RingCentral would work out well for you, but you just need to know the prices, then keep reading. If you are like me, then you will probably be wanting to get an unlimited plan. The unlimited plan at RingCentral is forty dollars a month, which is very reasonable. You should also know that there is a thirty one dollar annual fee, which is still not very expensive. If you know that you will not be using very many minutes, then you can get the Pro plan. The Pro plan is only nine dollars a month, but you only get three hundred minutes each month. The ProPlus plan is nineteen dollars a month and you get one thousand minutes every month.
RingCentral is very good about making sure to keep prices low. Unlike many other toll free number services, there is not set up fee and there is no fee to disconnect your toll free number. This is always good to know because it is always the little fees that add up to being a lot of money.
There are some things about RingCentral that I do not like. Something that I do not like about RingCentral is that they limit your voicemail size to two hundred messages. Even though this is fine for most people, I get a lot of calls overnight that I am not able to answer. If more than two hundred people leave messages, I will not be able to reply to some people. There is no way to upgrade your voicemail size, which is not good.
Also, the customer service at RingCentral is outsourced. While the service is not bad, it is not the best because RingCentral does not directly control the customer service representatives. They can’t fix certain problems because they are not in house, which means that you will have to wait for somebody that actual works at RingCentral to contact you if you have a big problem.
Overalll, RingCentral provides a wonderful service at a good price. You can get an unlimited plan for forty dollars a month, which is a very good price. Also, there annual fees are low compared to other virtual phone system companies. I also liked that there was no installation fee and there is no cancellation fee. These may not seem like important things to consider when choosing a virtual phone system company, but in the end it is because it is the little costs that add up to a big cost. I love the fact that RingCentral has apps for every kind of smartphone available. It really allows me to use their service no matter where I am. Even though their customer service is not the best and you can only have two hundred voicemails, I would recommend that you give RingCentral a try.
